No, You do not need to do a consultation. However, participating in the Par-Q form and consultation will ensure the classes are designed with your specific needs in mind.

Not necessarily. There are many substitutions for “fancy” yoga props that you most likely have already in your home. For example a rolled up pillow or firm cushion can easily be used as a bolster.
You will be informed if specific props are needed for your class in advance so you can have them ready to go when needed.

My belief is “once postpartum, always postpartum”. Any class labeled “postnatal” , “Hips & Pelvic Floor” or “Nurtured Momma” will be appropriate for you. Our body, mind and soul change so much when we enter motherhood, and that stays with us even when our children have grown. My classes are designed to cater to those differences.

The PAR-Q form is a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire. It is a list of questions that, when answered authentically will help me design and deliver appropriate classes for all of my students needs.
While it isn’t necessary for you to fill this form out, it will definitely help you get the most out of your classes.
